We can also service most of the manufacturers available in Australia.
T & C's and Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: We appreciate your cooperation in respecting both your appointment time and our clinicians' schedules. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or No Show (failure to attend without prior notice), an $98.00 fee will apply, as your appointment time was reserved specifically for you. Please note that a cancellation is finalised only after you receive a confirmation email, speak directly with a team member or receive acknowledgment from our team.
PRICE: Please note that the fee listed below is an estimate and may vary depending on the services provided during your visit. Beyond Hearing is a private clinic. Our fees are reviewed twice each year in January and July and may be adjusted without prior notice. Some services may include GST where applicable. Payment is due on the day of your consultation. We accept payment by EFTPOS/credit card, cash, direct deposit, or PayID.
EAR WAX REMOVAL (MICROSUCTION): We recommend using an earwax softener for up to 2 days before your appointment. If earwax softener is required during your appointment, an additional $5.00 fee will apply. If the earwax is particularly stubborn, you may be advised to continue using earwax softener and return for another appointment, or you may be referred for an alternative removal method. Additional fees may apply.
Contraindications to use earwax softener: A suspected or known perforated eardrum (non-intact tympanic membrane), ventilation tubes (grommets), or an active ear infection.
HEARING EVALUATIONS FOR CHILDREN: Where possible, we recommend scheduling children's hearing assessments in the morning, when they are generally more rested and attentive. This often helps achieve the most accurate test results.
PARKING:
* Limited onsite parking is available at the building (not available on Saturdays).
* Free street parking is available for up to one hour.
* Alternative paid parking facilities are located nearby.
* The clinic is approximately a 5-minute walk from Warringah Mall and is conveniently located along the B-Line bus service.
